Here we go!

Well, here goes nothing! Tomorrow is a new day and I'm ready for it!! Well almost ready, I can't find the first DVD for my T25 Alpha set. Thank goodness for YouTube!

Over the next 14 weeks I hope to get healthy and tone up! I've been so very lucky and lost almost 60 lbs since having my second kiddo a year ago. I'm 30 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight and I want to take advantage and enjoy it! I haven't worn a size 4/6 ever?! And while the pants fit and the scale shows a decent number I know I'm not healthy and I'd still pick a one piece over a 2 piece.

My plan - Start really working out and eat healthier.  I've made some slight changes over the last month. I've cut diet soda. Hardest thing ever. And I've started walking about 3 miles with my boys in the stroller as long as the weather cooperates. Tomorrow I'm starting T25 Alpha series. I'm going to continue walking with my boys any day we can. I'm also going to take a look at my eating habits and try out some new healthier options and look into meal replacement shakes or just adding a shake to help me get in the healthy foods I struggle so hard at eating alone.

My goal - Complete 80% of the scheduled workouts for each series. I'm being realistic with this goal. I have 2 young boys and a husband who is a medical resident and works up to 80 hours a week. 80% is better than 0%!

Tomorrow morning I'm going to weigh in, take some pics, eat my breakfast and then hit the cardio session as hard as I can!  I'm ready! 😄
